
Katie Worsnop is a solicitor with de Groots Wills and Estate Lawyers and practices predominantly the area of estate litigation with a particular interest in family provision applications and proceedings relating to the validity of wills. Katie was admitted in April 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing and a Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology in 2007. Prior to joining de Groots, Katie spent five years with a small Brisbane law firm, specialising in the areas of Succession law, family law and commercial law. Katie's pro bono activities include volunteering at QPILCH's QCAT self-representation service and lecturing QUT's legal practice students in the area of Wills and enduring powers of attorney.
